Job Description
• Perform real-time surveillance for all Transmission equipment
• Analyze, correlate, categorize and prioritize faults
• Guiding and Coordinating with FLM Engineer to solve the problem
• Make sure the stability of Customer Network
• To assist and cooperate with related department to achieve the SLA
Job Requirements:
• At least Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electrical or related area
• More than 8 years experience in Telecom Industry (TX Engineer)
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• At least 4 years experience in implementation (commissioning and troubleshooting) for HiT 7035, 7050, 7070, 7300 or MW SRA4 , SRT1F, SRALXD
• At least have 4 years experience in Managed Service project for Siemens Transmission Equipment
• Can work under pressure and able to work at mid-night
• Team player and also be able to work on own initiative
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
