RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build a large support organization, including Sales, Engineering, Field Apps, finance, HR, etc --- no manufacturing at this time
* Proven leadership skills to manage and guide the organization
* High level interface to IC manufacturers, chipset manufacturers, EMS subcontractors and end users
* P&L responsibility for the Country
REQUIREMENTS:
* BSEE or equivalent, MBA desirable
* Understanding of IC and chipset RF issues in mfg of cell phones—prefer FAE or operations management background
* Firm understanding and customer relationships in the telecom/cellular manufacturing sectors
* 3-5 years experience working with US-based business models
*Prior experience with management of a P&L – firm understanding of Operations
* Fluent in English and Mandarin

Currently we have an opening for LTE Implementation Engineer / supervisor with our client in Norway. It is a 6 months extendable contract position with our client in Norway. Please find below the job description:
• Ensure that all Installation on site is completed as per the client’s standards.
• Ensure that all Installation on site is completed as per the training from vendor on LTE equipment.
• Coordinate and support the detail installation and commissioning planning with Vendors.
• Support Implementation Leader and ensure that the W.O. is produced to the Vendors for Site Survey/Detail Design and Installation work in due time as per client’s internal procedures.
• Ensure that the LTE Tracker (progress tool) is updated.
• Conduct Site Acceptances and ensure that all outstanding items are rectified prior to Provisional Acceptance Certificate.
• Ensure that the Site Documentation is submitted from Vendors in due time and QA checked for Acceptance.
• Trouble shoot and support Vendors in resolving potential problems in the installation work if and when needed.
• Submit weekly progress report and site inspection report (when needed) on all installations to Implementation Leader
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in installation/commissioning of cellular base stations
