The job description is as follows:
- 2nd level service & resource fault restoration, 
- 2nd Level Routine Maintenance, 
- Post Incident Reviews, 
- Routine Schedule definition & Co-ordination, 
- Deployment of system updates & upgrades


The required experience is as follows:
- back office experience
- Ericsson equipment experience
- Packet switch experience
- core experience
- SGSN experience
- GGSN experience
